On Monday, August 25, 2025, Cumberland Perry Area CTC held a groundbreaking ceremony for a facility expansion project. Cumberland Perry staff were joined by consortium district superintendents and Join Operating Committee members. Senator Greg Rothman, Representative Barb Gleim, and Representative Thomas Kutz, announced support for the expansion with excitement educating the future workforce in Cumberland County.
The additional building will feature expanded space with updated lab areas for six programs. This expansion will provide about 270 additional seats for students from the 13 consortium districts. Completion of the project is estimated to be completed fall 2026.
